Carla Ulbrich is a seasoned guitar comic specializing in relatable, observational comedy.  Her original songs and parodies skewer everyday life, relationships, and modern absurdities - without punching down. With 20 years of professional experience, Carla consistently delivers strong, reliable performances for comedy clubs, listening rooms, festivals, and special-interest organizations. She has appeared for events including Ladies of Laughter,  The Long Island Comedy Festival, MENSA, Medicaid, The Philly Folk Festival and PBS.

Carla's act works especially well for events where bookers want big laughs without risk or cleanup. She delivers a polished show and is known as being easy to work with, fully prepared, and able to connect quickly with mixed-age crowds, particularly adults 45 and older. 

Carla has released 9 albums, and her funny songs have been aired on Dr. Demento, SiriusXM Comedy Radio, the BBC and NPR's Weekend Edition. Audiences find themselves saying “That's so true!” and “Oh my gosh- that's what I do!” as they go home humming her catchy songs.
